Cancellation Policy

- Projects can be cancelled with written notice before commencement
- Ongoing projects require 30 days notice for cancellation
- Cancellation charges may apply based on work completed
- Deposits may be non-refundable as specified in the agreement
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:
- Eligible refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
- Refunds are made through the original payment method
- Processing fees and taxes may be non-refundable
- Partial refunds may be offered based on service usage
Processing Time
Standard processing times for various transactions:
- Payment confirmation: Immediate to 24 hours
- Refund processing: 7-14 business days
- Cancellation processing: 2-3 business days
- Dispute resolution: Up to 30 business days
