Problem Statement:

The company required a comprehensive solution to streamline food ordering and subsidies for employees across multiple canteens within its campus. Employees needed a convenient way to access their daily subsidy, order food, and make payments, while canteens required an efficient system to manage inventory and orders. Additionally, the HR department needed a centralized platform to oversee transactions and merchant management.

Proposed Solution:

We developed a comprehensive solution comprising a mobile app for employees, an admin panel for canteens, and an HR admin panel. The mobile app, built with Flutter, enabled employees to access subsidies, order food, make payments via QR code and facial recognition, and manage their accounts. The canteen admin panel, built with Next.js, allowed merchants to manage inventory, process orders, and handle transactions. The HR admin panel provided oversight of employee transactions, subsidies, and merchant management.

Result:

Our solution streamlined the entire process, enhancing employee convenience and canteen efficiency. The mobile app provided a user-friendly interface for ordering and payments, while the admin panels enabled seamless inventory and order management for canteens. The HR admin panel facilitated centralized oversight, enabling effective management of subsidies, transactions, and merchants across the campus.
